Whether brainstorming the Javits Center expansion with president Alan Steele, creating a new division for Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group or participating in the design plan for the SHED at Hudson Yards with architects David Rockwell and Liz Diller, Adam has a reputation for bringing creativity, innovation and a wealth of experience to each new undertaking.
Weiss mirrors strategies to his consulting business as he does with his organic vegetable gardening practices. He employs thoughtful attention, patience and perseverance, while managing outside variances creating an optimal environment for growth.
